We were four years ago only located to service the whole of
Gauteng e.g. Pretoria, Johannesburg; but now we have grown to service the whole
of South Africa. Risk Free Tar Surface and Civil has built a reputation

our industry. With many years of experience in both residential and commercial

Road-Line Markings
Road surface markings are used on surfaced roads, parking area's to provide guidance and information to drivers and pedestrians.
Hot Premix Asphalt
Hot rolled asphalt using asphalt pavers or an experienced hand crew, for both roads, parking lots and driveways.
Chip and Spray/Double Seal
A double seal is a sprayed application of bituminous binder followed by a single layer of stone chippings, followed by a second spray application of bituminous binder and a single layer of smaller sized stone chippings or sand. The final layer of stone chippings is sometimes covered by a fog spray to prevent whip-off.
Slurry Seal
Slurry is a mixture of slow set bitumen emulsion and graded crusher dust with the addition of cement and water. Slurry is ideal for resealing an existing bituminous surface, which does not exhibit fatigue cracking.
Fog Spray
A fog spray is a light application of diluted bitumen emulsion to a bituminous surfacing as a part of the construction of such a surfacing or as a maintenance measure.
Crack Seal
Preparation and sealing of cracks in tarred surfaces wider than 5mm using hot polymer modified bitumen.
Cape Seal
A Cape Seal is in effect a single seal with the spaces between the chippings filled with slurry. Either 13,2 mm or 19,0mm stone sizes are used.
